   My text editor doesn't work. I can't see the text in WYSIWYG editor. I have tried all trouble-shooting related to plug-ins and themes, and have not been able to sort out the problem Any ideas? Version 3.4.2.

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

   Yes, I tried options 1 and 2 above.
   I will take a look at the resetting option. Thanks.

   I don't really understand this, I can get to my admin menus. So not sure what "resetting" means.
