Testimonial Box not Auto-Sliding

I have adopted this website and have no clue how to fix this issue.

If you can see towards the bottom of the home page,there is a box of testimonials. When running properly, this should rotate on it’s own to show other testimonials. Right now, it only moves when you manually press the side arrows.

I have no idea what i could do to fix this. I have no idea how/when/why it stopped. The only thing i can think of, is that it stopped functioning properly with the addition of new quotes (periodical additions).

Any ideas would be WIDELY appreciated.
