• Whilst finding the plugin useful it was not possible to implement it before manually correcting a massive amount of spelling and grammar errors, especially in the client-facing messages.
We’re worried that an upgrade will reset the work we’ve done on some core files.
Would it be possible to make the alerts and email messages varibles and editable from the admin so they can be kept through upgrades?

    HI Andyo,

Thats a feature we are currently considering.

In the premium version the Email Notification templates are saved in database and are editable through the Admin Panel.

Can you tell what files you have edited? We will fix the spelling mistakes and push an update.

    Ankit…

    appointment-manager-shortcode.php
    appointment-manager-mobile.php
    data-save.php
    appointment-calendar-mobile.php
    appointment-calendar-shortcode.php
    calendar.php

Were the main ones. There are also several in the admin but we’re living with those.

I think even if we weren’t correcting spellings we’d have had to edit them anyway to customise it for different clients as everybody needs to say something a bit different, even if what’s there is in their language.

Also, the currency symbol needed to be hacked in on these files. This would also be a good thing to be able to choose.

I do appreciate this is a free plugin and feel rather cheeky complaining, but it has put me off buying a full version.

    Cheers.

    Hey Andy,

The ability to select currency is in the premium version.

We will fix the spelling and will soon push an update.. maybe then you might reconsider your decision 😉
