Terms of Use plugin not working

Hello,
I’m currently troubleshooting a WordPress site which utilizes both the Terms of Use plugin (this one), as well as well as the BuddyPress template pack.
Currently, the Terms of Use plugin seems to be installed, properly configured, and activated (as far as I can tell). However, it doesn’t show up on the registration page.
I’m pretty stumped as to why it’s not working, but I think it might have to do with the registration incorporating BuddyPress – that is, the registration page is not the typical WordPress one which looks like this. Rather, it is customized for the blog in question, and looks like this.
I don’t have much knowledge of PHP, so I’m not sure how the registration page is being generated. But I’m hoping the issue is not within the PHP code of the plugin itself or anything, but rather a configuration issue that I’d be able to deal with.
