mjes1This is a newbie question. I recently implemented 3 new plugins - none of which quite worked as advertised. Two of the companies got back to me very quickly with the information I needed. The third, however, has not responded and as the website is all in Russian I'll admit we may have a bit of a communication gap. However, I want an answer faster than I can learn Russian.
Has anyone else had problems with Terms-descriptions not taking the longer term first? Is there anything that I can do in how I enter terms to ease the problem? Or is there another plugin that preforms this function more reliably? It really is a very nice plugin.
