"Terms and conditions" checkbox problem in Safari

    I have a problem with the “Terms and conditions” checkbox on iOS devices, tested on iPhone 4 and iPhone 5. The checkbox simply cant be “checked”, instead the pages just jumps up and down a 2-3 pixels, and then nothing happens. I have tried to remove all recent coding to functions.php and plugin.php, but still nothing. It has been working before.

    Anyone who have encountered a similar problem?
