   Hi..

   I am using templetic eshop http://templatic.com/ecommerce-themes/eshop

   successfully installed everything but when i try to upload images there is no bows option instead it says " Internal Server Error" I cannot seem to fix it as am not coder.

   i've found that so I had to reinstall theme then copied changed style sheet etc

   Yes, mostly when there's some big feature missing from the theme it's best to re-install the theme - perhaps even WordPress. I remember one time a theme didn't work properly just because I had installed WordPress using Fantastico. After the manual install everything worked great. Took me all day to figure it out :D

   PS: I see you don't have the newest version of WordPress installed. It's always best to update as soon as a newer version arrives. So...I advise you to update your installation to WordPress 3.2.1
