Templating not working

Hello,

After following the guide on how to ‘match my theme’
(http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/docs/matching-the-design-to-your-theme/), I cannot get it working.

I have created the folder ‘templates’ in my theme and added the files from the plugin from the folder template. I made some changes and uploaded but no changes were made.

I then tried to upload the businessdirectory-listing.tpl.php file to the theme folder and this seems to work fine. I tried the listing-contactform.tpl.php file and this doesn’t work :S

Can anyone help?
