Really depends what you need from the template…
I don’t think there’s one answer to the question. It’s really something you should determine yourself, only you know your own requirements..
If you want any recommendations, then i’d say you’d be best off deciding what you expect of the template and posting that here so users can recommend based on your needs.
Pretty much any theme is going to cover what you’ve said thus far…
I guess what I’m looking for is a suggestion of items that would make the user experience more enjoyable. Things like rss feeds, twitter integration, widgets, etc.
Hopefully that helps a little. Sorry for the lack of knowledge on my part as I’m still getting the gist of this.
Thanks,
Just have a browse through the directory for something you like, some have extra bits included….
Plugins provide a huge wealth of extra functionality to…
WP feeds are already active by default, and i’ve not seen a theme that doesn’t include the RSS links needed.
Twitter you can do with a plugin (seen lots in the plugin directory), not used one myself, but i’m sure one will be suited to what you want…
When you say widgets, you’ll need to be more specific… as far as widget support, most themes support them, but if missing it’s relatively simple piece of code to add to a theme.
OK, I think I got it now.
So it’s probably best for me to pick out a theme that has the general look and feel that I would like to achieve, and modify with little extra bits here and there. I just was unsure how difficult it would be to edit the code for specific needs.
Thanks again t31os
Good luck, and be sure to post if you get stuck.. 🙂
