damnjezI just uploaded a new template that I customized.

It was working fine for a few days, and now, if you look on right side there's a black border (about 10px wide) on the side, as though it's pushing that top graphic and the navi bar over. BUT this same border is laying on top of the "welcome" graphic on that same side.
I have no idea how to fix this, but thought I'd turn to you guys for help.
I'm also experiencing some more problems - I'm not sure if I should post them as their own post or put them here?
- In comments, any smilies are showing up on the next line. In posts, the smilies are appearing at the bottom of the post before the date.
- I can't post just photos anymore. If I do, they look like this: http://www.damnjezebel.com/diary/index.php?cat=25 the photos run into the next post, and the date/category line shows up beside it.
Any thoughts on these? (if i should post my last two questions in their own post, let me know and i'll get on that)
