The problem I'm having is probably a simple fix but I've worked on it for a few hours and it still not working.
This is the template a bought:
    http://www.templatesold.com/templates/wordpress-themes/wp-corporate/blueline/6044.html
Note the large blue bar that goes across the top of the front page.
This is the site I'm working on:
    http://www.pnemo.com
Note it's the same front page but the bar is different. It's the bar that's used on all sub pages.
I've tried changing the header file and css file. The company had issues with they're dns and serve I'm not sure if it's related. It does seem like anything I change isn't updating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Thank you, that solved the problem. I hadn't noticed that and admittedly I probably won't have. Can I ask what you did to figure out the problem?
    Again thank you.

Okay I just noticed that the large bar is now on every page so I guess changed it in the wrong place. Opps.

Edit: It looks to me like I changed in the right line of code but it's still on every page and now for some reason I can't get it to change back.
