Template for Authors creating Posts (1 post)

I was wondering if there was a plugin out there that does the following:

I have a blog that I'm using as a recipe database. I am allowing culinarians at my company to have author access. Many of them are not tech savvy.

I need a way for them to create a recipe by simply plugging in data into fields (Title, ingredients, directions, etc), and then have those fields automatically arrange and format themselves in a post based on my specifications.

The reason for this is twofold. First, they would have trouble with the post editing console anyway. Secondly, and most importantly, we need it so that 20 different culinarians aren't formatting their recipes 20 different ways.

Finally, as a bonus, is there a way to do this while also giving them the ability to throw their post into multiple categories?

I have tried the various recipe plugins - they don't meet my needs.

Can this be done via a plugin, some PHP code adjustments, or a Formmail page?

    Thanks in advance.
