Technical Support Plugin Does Not Work Don't Bother... Tried on version 3.0.1 and it does not appear anywhere in Dashboard, Settings, etc. To make matters worse, the author's site has no support.

Posted 1 year ago #Definitely give feedback -- but don't say not to bother with the plugin because that's giving false information to people. The plugin works perfectly fine for me which tells me there is an issue with either your host, theme, etc.

Posted 1 year ago #I installed the plugin, but it does not appear anywhere in "Settings", "Dashboard", or anywhere else. It shows that it is installed and activated, yet its invisible. This is the same issue others have with it.

Posted 1 year ago #That's weird cause it shows under settings in my admin area. I'm guessing it has to do with something other than the plugin... another plugin perhaps, that is preventing it from working. Try deactivating ALL plugins, then reactivate TSP and see if it works. If it does, reactivate the other plugins until you find the culprit.
