   I'd like to use TDO Mini forms to allow people to submit posts.

   I've got everything working, except I would like them to be able to enter in an email address and upon submission the form would email whatever address they entered. Almost as a "tell a friend" feature.

   Using the latest TDO Mini forms and WordPress 2.9.1

   this plugin supports that

   maybe someone else can tell how tdo can be made to do it
