Hello,
I'm using TDO mini forms here:

in the right column.
As you can see when you upload a photo and click submit it gives the error
"TDOMF Bad Form ID"
Anyone know why this is happening? It was working fine for awhile and unexpectedly started doing this.

actually,
I tried installing two page caching plugins that clearly conflicted with TDO mini forms: w3 total cache and wp-super-cache. After it was clear they were all conflicting I uninstalled and deleted the plugins and this error has begun appearing
