Taxonomy Error on,ine 103

    Hi,

    I need very urgently help concerning my wordpress blog I created yesterday. It was working fine until I upgrated to the latest version. Now I am getting the following message when I try to access my page or the admins-area:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_taxonomy() (previously declared in /homez.406/thisisrh/www/wp-includes/deprecated.php:2515) in /homez.406/thisisrh/www/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 103

    I red all the articles and tried to find an answer to the problem but due to the very little knowledge I have I am not sure what to do. In the upgrade file there are to other files: wordpress-3.tmp and wordpress-31.tmp. What should I do?

    Delete the new upgraded files, changing something in the taxonomy file? Unfortunately I have no clue at all.

    It would be very nice if somebody could help me with this problem and if there is somebody who knows a solution, please try to describe it very exactly.

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
