Each taxonomy appears 3 times in the control panel where you decide which columns to show. I can switch them off, but as I have around 30 custom taxonomies, this means there are 90 entries appearing in the list, which is hard to deal with.

Any way to resolve this? Is it do with how I am registering the taxonomies?

It could be due to how you register your taxonomies, because they should not be showing duplicates.

About the issue of having so many taxonomies, I think you will be glad to hear I have fixed this in the upcoming release. It’s currently in beta, so I expect it to launch within 2 weeks.

This new version will let you add columns one by one, instead of showing all available columns.
