Tax is not showing in cart

Hi there,
I have been using woocommerce flatsome and after completing the Tax pages as described in all of the different forums, i am still getting nowhere.
I am only selling in australia, have put AU in the country section, have left all else blank except tax name (GST) and % (10). I have made sure that Tax is displayed in the cart and check out, and on products.
Everything works great except that little cart at the top of the screen, which shows tax not included, so price is different to the product that was added, by 10%.
Can anyone help, i am going out of my mind going through this over and over again, round and round in circles.
