    Hi I just uploaded a .csv file to the tax section of woo commerce and it didn't change anything. Can someone help me with the settings to make it apply?

    General Options

    Base Location
    United States — Washington
    Set up rates for US only.

    Currency -US Dollars ($)
    Allowed Countries -Specific Countries -United States
    NOT CHECKED Enable site-wide store notice text
    CHECKED Cart, Checkout and Accounts
    UNCHECKED Enable guest checkout (no account required)
    CHECKED Enable customer note field on checkout
    UNCHECKED Force secure checkout
    UNCHECKED Force SSL (HTTPS) on the checkout pages (an SSL Certificate is required).
    CHECKED Allow registration on the checkout page
    CHECKED Allow registration on the "My Account" page
    CHECKED Register using the email address for the username
    CHECKED Prevent customers from accessing WordPress admin
    CHECKED Clear cart when logging out
    CHECKED Allow customers to repurchase orders from their account page
    UNCHECKED Enable WooCommerce CSS
    CHECKED Enable Lightbox Include WooCommerce's lightbox.
    UNCHECKED Enable enhanced country select boxes

    Downloadable Products
    CHECKED Force Downloads
    CHECKED Downloads require login
    CHECKED Grant access to downloadable products after payment

    ANY IDEAS WHATS WRONG?
    I got the tax form as an excell sheet from here and then converted it to .csv

    csv have to be in exact format
