Tar BZip2 Compression

    I’m admittedly not as well-versed in this arena, but aren’t bzip2 files supposed to have better compression? Here is what I’m seeing (full site/db backup):

    .zip – 83.5 MB
    .tar – 120 MB
    .tar.gz – 79 MB
    .tar.bz2 – 122.9 MB

    Anyone else seeing this kind of thing? Perhaps something isn’t set up right?
