   I kind of went about things backwards; I set up a hosted wordpress site first and then installed bitnami on my computer second. I’d like to copy my whole live site to my local computer so I can play with it without fear of messing up my live site. Would I accomplish this by simply copying my whole WP-Content folder from my website to my local WP installation? What else would I need to copy?

   you would also need to import the database from the live site if you wanted the current posts and pages you have

   Thanks..And I can use the export feature in WP to do that, right?
