   I have done this before but for the life of me I can not see where to do it.
   I want it, that the name/title of the page does not show up on the page. Where do I click for to do this,

   there is no 'click here' for this;
   you need to edit the page.php template; or you could possibly achieve this with some additions to style.css...

   posting a link to your site will greatly increase your chance of getting a useful reply.
