When I write a post and add some tags and save my post, all tags that I just added are gone when I edit the post. I cannot find them on "manage tags" either, however they list in the tag cloud
has anyone else encountered this issue? any solution?

I checked the database and they tags DO exist, however they will not be listed in tag management or edit post. Only in the tag cloud
