Tags not showing on Posts in WordPress 3.0.1

I installed a new copy of WordPress 3.0.1, and the Tags that correspond to each post ARE NOT displaying on the Posts. Tags show on the sidebars, but they Do Not show on Posts.

I have a different site, with the same theme installed on a earlier version of wordpress and the Tags display fine, but when I setup a new site with WordPress 3.0.1, they are not displaying.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem? I’d greatly appreciate it.
