I installed a new copy of WordPress 3.0.1, and the Tags that correspond to each post ARE NOT displaying on the Posts. Tags show on the sidebars, but they Do Not show on Posts.
I have a different site, with the same theme installed on a earlier version of wordpress and the Tags display fine, but when I setup a new site with WordPress 3.0.1, they are not displaying.
Does anyone know the solution to this problem? I'd greatly appreciate it.

I had the same issue and it had to do with my theme not being set up to display post tags. I found this video on YouTube and it helped me a lot.
Hope it works for you as well!
It would be helpful if you said what theme you are using.

As webworkers said, the issue must be with your WordPress theme. Use a theme that's compatible with WP 3.0 and above.
