   Hello, i am searching for this plugin (if it is plugin) about 2 weeks, and i can't find it. Or i don't know how to search, but i do.

   Install, activate it, then there is a local help section under the options for the plugin. Read over those it should help.

   ;( i don't get it. I don't understand anything. Look at images these tags are in sidebar. And i can't understand how to add them there, i have readed everything nad i have no clue please help me.

   If you open your sidebar.php in your template editor and wherever you want your tag cloud to show paste this.
   <?php UTW_ShowWeightedTagSet("sizedtagcloud") ?>
