   right sidebar top 'tags' ?

   or, to show your post tags with each post, edit index.php and/or single.php and add a line with the_tags(); to the loop, where you want the tags to show.

   for the 'related post' issue:

   is that done with a plugin?

   try and deactivate all other plugins, and see if that solves the problem.
   if yes, re-activate one plugin after the other to see which is causing the issue.

   to exclude that this is caused by your theme, try and switch to the default theme, and see if the problem is gone.
