   Hello,

   i have a problem with TAGS - the international characters are removed from all keywords. this is an issue only with tags. All polish charactersd are working w/o any problem in posts, links etc...

   i.e. tag: kobyła is kobya - in table keyowrd is visible with polish character but in SLUG it is without that character.

   wp: 2.6.1
   coding: iso-8859-2 (I can;t change to utf8)
   LANG: pl_PL
   DB: latin2 (set up in wp-config).

   Where I can add polish iso codes to make iso-8859-2 operational in Tags.
