tags and categories for uploaded media

    Actually, I’m using 2.7.

    Anyway, when uploading media to the Media Library, such as a PDF, it lets me add a caption and description. But I would also like to add categories set up in WP as well as tags. What would generally be the approach I should take to make this happen?
