Tagline generator

Help anyone! Is there a way to randomly select from a list of quotes and use them as my tagline, changing periodically? I’m thinking kind of like the “Hello Dolly” plug-in. Everytime I want to change my tag-line, I have to manually enter a new funny quote by going to options-general. I’d prefer to make a list and let the tagline change automatically. Has anyone done this before? Muchas gracias!!
