Tagging a Category (3 posts)

    Hi,

I am using the has_tag function to change the background image of a page or post based on whether or not it has a specific tag.

This works beautifully on all pages (using page tagger) and posts however the categories pages revert to the set default background image.

Is there a way to tag the category so that the has_tag function can pick it up?

    Thank you.
    Connie

Have you looked at using this function: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/in_category

I could do that if I were the end user of the site but the end user knows nothing of code and would not be able to make the changes as he added new categories. I felt using the tags was an easy way for him to be able to make the changes without needing to hire a coder each time.
