tag_id in url

    Hi!
    In wordpress we can use %post_id% in all url(site.com/article/56456)
    But is there any way to set something like this to all tags?
    I wanna see their tag_id in url instead of names. (site.com/tag/345345)
    Maybe it possible by rewriting urls or some other staff?
