Tag pages returning 404 page not found

I’m having a problem with my tag pages. My site has shown up in google with url’s like http://www.12-1photographyblog.com/tag/dade-city/ but when clicked on, the page isn’t found. After some investigating, I found that all of my tags return 404’s. I need to figure out how to keep this from happening, any ideas?
