   How do you go about adding tags?

   If I do a post about apples i tag it apples.

   If i do a post about apple juice and orange juice do I tag it apples as one tag and oranges as another tag?

   Here's a good post to read about taxonomies and how you might use them: http://wordpress.mfields.org/taxonomy/

   Think of categories like the table of contents of a book, and tags like the index.

   If I had a post about "Apple Pie", and a post about "Apple Juice"- I might give the first one "apple", "pie" tags- and the second one "apple", "juice" tags.
