Tag Cloud link not showing tag list, can't add tags to Posts

    Hi,

    After upgrading to 3.5 I am seeing this behavior in my edit post pages:

    I cannot add tags to posts.
    I cannot see a tag cloud when i click the link to “Choose from the most used tags”

    So with a little bit of Javascript debugging I found out that the tagBox.init() function is not being called. When I hack the tagBox.init() function at the bottom of the post.js file around line 260 I can force the init to run.

    I know it’s a dumb hack. I am not a WP expert yet – please help me become one and tell me what I should do to make sure the tagBox.init function is called properly.
