tag archive feed

I use a tag archive template in my theme and want to expand the usability of the page by adding a tag feed the same way you do with categories but I don’t see anything in the codex about how to add that to the individual page call for the tags. I will admit I am really tired and may just be missing it so if it is there will someone just point it out to me.

This is the title of my tag.php page and I want the feed link right after tag title.
‘<h3>Tag Archive | “<?php single_tag_title(“”, true); ?>”</h3>’

It currently reads:

Tag Archive | Tag Name

What I want it to read is:

Tag Archive | Tag Name Subscribe to This Tag (RSS)

For those that didn’t know every tag, category and author on your blog has its own RSS feed.
