Tag and Category options not working (new WP user)

New user here, completely green.

my blog is http://www.juweonnago.com and I’m using the irresistible theme.

I wanted to use the built in “video” section of the theme, and I learned that you had to post your videos while tagging the post with the word “video” to get the vid to pop up on the custom theme.

However, in my new post section, WP won’t let me add new tags and categories and it won’t even add tags. the option simply doesn’t work and all the media upload icons are not clickable either.

It’s very frustrating and I don’t know what to do. I jumped over from wordpress.com this week. Please help. Thanks.
