Tabs over lapping and styling

thank you for this great plugin. I have an issue with the tabs over lapping the header and I can’t figure out how to get the tabs to stay behind the header. Also, i would like to change the color scheme, can you please help me with this? My website is: http://www.InsoyCareer.com.
