Can’t say i’ve ever seen that specific error before, a quick google turns up the following question and some interesting information though.

Running any other plugins that use jQuery UI?
Unsure. Best way to determine this? How should I fix if I find another plugin using jQuery UI?
Disable other plugins, re-enable one at a time and determine which plugin is loading jQuery UI.
If i had to guess, some other plugin is loading jQuery UI externally, rather than using the internal library. That shouldn’t be necessary..
I have a old version of PUT 1.0.8. It works perfect and then I get a update for 1.0.9.I just update it and then it shows a unordered list? 🙂
I deactivate and activate PUT plugin and other plugin. But same error.!
Does rolling back to 1.0.8 solve the problem?

Had a few reports now, if i’ve caused an issue i’ll rollback some of the changes next patch.
Have you also recently updated WordPress?
No further feedback, assuming fixed and marking solved.
