Tabs are always open and will not close

I have had so many problems keeping this plugin working correctly and there does not seem to be much documentation —

I have five heading tabs on my page — that when you click on them should slide open with the content —

but they are always open == you click on the — click to hide and it acts like it is going to hide it and then opens up again —

I can not get them to close — is there a good setup sheet somewhere — or does someone know what causes this — I had it fixed at one time but now it is doing it again
