TablePress Multiple Excel worksheets

    Hi!

    Are there any way (in TablePress) to handle with multiple sheets after import an Excel file?
    I have a lot of Excel files, and every file has more sheets, and there are 4 tables on every sheets.

    After I import an excel file I can see just the first sheet’s tables.
    I have to load 4 times every files to get the 4 tables. I usually cut the uselessones off.
    And it’s fine, but I need the otherones too.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    The Excel import is still experimental at this point. It will therefore only import the first worksheet of a file. I’m hoping that I can change this in the future, but that will still take some time.
    Regardless, one worksheet will always be imported as one table, as TablePress can not know that you are actually using four tables on a worksheet.

    I therefore suggest to try using e.g. copy and paste of the table cells with the CSV import from “Manual input”. That could turn out to be a quick workaround for you here.
