The table has 11 columns/fields and 273 rows.

WP-Table Reloaded was also giving me problems with this table: the header, search, pagination options were gone.

Problem can be fixed by incrementing the new max_input_var entry that is in the php.ini file (after php version 5.4.x) In my case had to increment the number from 1000 to 5000.
But, after reading an article about hash collision vulnerability, I am not sure this is a good idea...
To error in the safe side, max_input_var is now back to 1000...

thanks for this report. As we are already in contact via email, I suggest that we continue there, and additionally in the original thread at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/tablepress-unclear-data-error-when-saving-changes

    Regards,
