   Since upgrading from 2.2.3 to 2.3 I now get this error when modifying a post or page:

   WordPress database error: [Table 'wordpress.wp_post2cat' doesn't exist]
   SELECT cat_ID AS ID, MAX(post_modified) AS last_mod FROM wp_posts p LEFT JOIN wp_post2cat pc ON p.ID = pc.post_id LEFT JOIN wp_categories c ON pc.category_id = c.cat_ID WHERE post_status = 'publish' GROUP BY cat_ID

   Upgrade the sitemaps plugin

   i had the same problem but upgrading the google sitemap plugin helped. One would expect to be notified of outdated plugins with 2.3 now but that wasn't the case here. get the lastest version from here.

   Btw, the stats plugin notified me of possible upgrades so that is working fine. Proly the sitemap plugin hasn't made it to the plugin db yet.

   I installed the new version, google sitemaps 3.0, and I get the previously mentioned error. Using 2.3

   Actually, I disabled and uninstalled that plugin and still get the error.

   Maybe your theme?

   Or some other plugin?
