Table Tools 2 shows warning

I have manually put the script of Table Tools 2 in my theme header. But it shows some warnings

Warning: TableTools 2 requires DataTables 1.9.0 or newer – http://www.datatables.net/download

I went to plugins folder and update the DataTables folder to 1.9.4. But it still shows the warning.

Sorry for my bad English.

I also put the js script links to the newer ones, but the problem persists.

Could anyone please help me to short it out.
