I'm workign with a blogger who really, really wants me to modify his existing theme with tabbed content above the fold. This content would be static, much like the tabbed content on my homepage, [url]http://blogpeoria.com[url]
I spent some time trying to cut and past my way into making this happen on his theme, but it's not happening.
I'm wondering if any of the css geniuses, semi-geniuses, idiot savants, etc. who visit this board can point me in the right direction.
