Tabbed comments / discussion section from content

I’m searching for months now a way to separate the discussion section (comments) from the article (in tab).

I know it exist plugin wich allows to separate an article in different tabs, but i did not find a plugin that does such with comments (and “post a comment”) :

as theses websites do :
– Afisha.ru
– ThemeForest
– Deezer

This kind of thing :
Article (content) | Comments | Add Review

I have read this post but it does not seems to run a lot, and I’m ready to pay for a plugin or a theme wich allow this.

Does someone know if a theme wich allows this exist ? or a plugin ?
