tab order not working in pro version (8 posts)

    hi,
    I just bought the pro version of custom profile menu pro plugin for buddypress; unfortunately for some reasons I cannot arrange tab order, I explain better:

    I can drag and drop the tabs but when I set them in the order I want, they still appear random in the profile menu.. my order is not respected.

    is there a way to fix this? I hope so, since I am a paying user and in the product download chart it is clearly said that the pro version allows to set tab order.

    one more thing,
    when I tried to use this contact form to get in touch with the plugin developers, the message I write is sent to MY email account with this message:

    This mail is sent via contact form on Sensible Plugins http://sensibleplugins.com

    It seems that there is a conflict between our plugin and another plugin you have installed. Would you please kindly deactivate all your plugins (except BuddyPress of course) and see if this fixes the problem?

    I disabled all plugins from network except bp and custom profile menu:

    what is happening?

    hello again,
    i've made several experiments to make your plugin work on my site, but had no luck. Since I haven't heard from you and had the urge to fix this, I found another free plugin which is doing the job.

    I tried to get in touch with you but the sensible plugin site seems down. Just wondering if there's a way to get my money back.
