    Hi,
I am still testing the tab lite before buying the real stuff.
I have a question about Tab display.
Is it possible in Tab manger to control tab display by using user roles (including 3rd party created roles).
Indeed I want certain registered customers with a “subscriber role” let’s say, to view only the Description Tab, but the “author role” to see Description + attributes, “shop manager” to see all the tabs…

By display I mean in the front end, I want the entire tab hidden (so not allowed users don’t even know it exists)

This is actually critical for me. So either it is possible directly or with a 3rd party role/access plugin that you know will work fine.

Thank you for your quick answer.

Hey thanks for the question. The Tab Manager doesn’t have any role-based access control, nor is there a plugin that I can think of that you could hook in and have it “just work”. Not that what you’re asking about couldn’t be done, but it would have to be custom-coded at this point, taking advantage of some of the Tab Manager actions/filters. Hope this helps with your decision!

OK, I guess I am going to stick with traditional CPT relationship and basic tabs then and modify my template to make it look as if it were WooTabs…

    Thanks for the answer.
