Tab bar different for the blog posting part?

Hi,

I’m having trouble making the tab bar come up in the same format for http://www.footballgamble.co.uk/betting-tips/ as it does for the main page- http://www.footballgamble.co.uk/ I want it to have betting tips Football gamble, not just footballgamble.co.uk in the tab page.
