I'm using the built in WP Syndication to add a feed from another site of mine.
The RSS feed has a <category>Foo</category> defined...and it is not assigning posts to this category.
Under the Settings I have it set to "Create new category" if one doesn't already exists.
All the feed posts end up under "Uncategorized".
