    Everything with the plugin is working with the exception of the "Synidacated Sites" link. visiting that link results in the error:

    "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

    I put the plugin into debug mode, this is what I got when I visited that link:

    Strict Standards: Declaration of FeedWordPress_Walker_Category_Checklist::start_el() should be compatible with Walker_Category_Checklist::start_el(&$output, $category, $depth = 0, $args = Array, $id = 0) in /home/****/public_html/weblog/wp-content/plugins/feedwordpress/feedwordpress-walker-category-checklist.class.php on line 13

    Strict Standards: Redefining already defined constructor for class FeedWordPress_File in /home/****/public_html/weblog/wp-content/plugins/feedwordpress/feedwordpress_file.class.php on line 11

    Strict Standards: Non-static method FeedWordPress::needs_upgrade() should not be called statically in /home/****/public_html/weblog/wp-content/plugins/feedwordpress/feedwordpress.php on line 144

    Strict Standards: Non-static method FeedWordPressCompatibility::link_category_id() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/****/public_html/weblog/wp-content/plugins/feedwordpress/feedwordpress.php on line 1699

    Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/****/public_html/weblog/wp-content/plugins/feedwordpress/feedwordpress-walker-category-checklist.class.php:13) in /home/****/public_html/weblog/wp-content/plugins/botdetect-wp-captcha/wp-botdetect-captcha.php on line 181

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    OK I switched to php 5.3 and worked with my host, now all the errors are gone but it is still reporting:

    "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

    Here is another possible clue. When I tun the diagnostic test against the syndication page everything appears normal but it ends like this:

    ["filename"]=>
    NULL

    With full debug mode on I am getting this:

    [01-May-2014 19:29:26 UTC] [********.org/weblog] [feedwordpress] Memory: Current usage: 50560 KB
    [01-May-2014 19:29:26 UTC] [********.org/weblog] [feedwordpress] Memory: Peak usage: 51557 KB

    Looks like it's incompatible with botdetect-wp-captcha
    Can you deactivate that one, and try it? Could still indicate an issue with FWP needing fixed.

    I tried that still getting:

    "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

    On the Syndication page.

    Are you logged in as the administrator user? I have to ask just to be sure.
    What version of WP?

    Using the latest?
    Can you force WP to upgrade again anyway?
    Dashboard > Updates, click Re-Install Now

    That will rule out a partial update. Or do you know of any installs that may not have completed?

    Yes I am admin.

    3.9.1

    Just forced a reinstall, still have the same problem.

    Not sure what else to try...
    BTW, Thank you for the help!

    I can't see anything in the plugin code. I'd have to look further when I have more time.

    It may be something unrelated to the plugin. Start troubleshooting by ruling out all the usual suspects.
